Tom Glover believes that the challenge of life is to live your life doing what is right every time, all the time. His integrity, strength of character, and vision have all combined to make him the successful and well-respected president of TGA Solutions.
Tom lives his life with the expectation that people will always do their best. He believes in going the extra mile for people. This is reflected in his philosophy of not dwelling on the bad things that happen, but focusing on the good. Through experience, Tom has learned that when you make a mistake, you must be willing to forgive yourself, forget, and move on. At work, Tom instills loyalty in his employees by providing a safe and secure workplace where they can feel loved and respected.
Tom’s strong belief in serving his country was reflected in his decision to enlist in the United States Air Force after graduating from high school. He served in the Air Force for eight years, including a one-year tour in Vietnam. While in the Air Force, Tom attended business school and graduated with a programming degree. He then continued his education, accumulating over 100 credit hours toward a degree in business.
In 1970 Tom left the Air Force to pursue a career in data processing. He gained vast knowledge with several major corporations starting with an IBM 360-30 DOS system. Tom’s IT experience took him from Austin, TX, to Spartanburg, SC, with stops along the way in Dallas, Memphis and Atlanta.
A defining moment in Tom’s life was when he was unemployed, prompting him to realize that real financial security was not guaranteed by being employed at a large corporation. This insight started him down the road to opening TGA. In December of 1980, Tom and his wife, Linda, opened the doors of Thomas Glover Associates to recruit IBM systems programmers, DBA and other IT professional for major corporations across the United States. Tom soon saw that the harder they worked the more fortunate they became.
Tom’s expertise in technology blended with the success and evolution of his staffing agency, has led to the successful sales and professional services firm TGA Solutions is today.
Tom’s beloved wife, Linda, has been the most influential person in his life, by his own admission. They began dating in high school, where he concedes he was not an exemplary student until meeting Linda. Once Tom saw Linda’s report card, Tom became very competitive and landed on the honor roll from then on.
Family is Tom’s priority outside of work – he and Linda have two wonderful children and three grandchildren who they adore. Tom strives to be a role model for all who know him, continually giving back to his community in many capacities. Tom is particularly proud of being a Bible school teacher for over 20 years these life principles are at the core of who he is.

Sarah Groome
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, TGA SOLUTIONS
Sarah Groome understands that balance is important in one’s life, and her life has proven to be a study in contrast - from her professional life, consisting of days filled with analyzing industry trends, charting work flows and crunching numbers – to her personal life filled with skydiving, skiing, trail riding on dirt bikes and cruising on her motorcycle.
One of the primary influences in Sarah’s life has been her father who built a successful business from the ground up, and instilled in her a tremendous work ethic, strategic sense of business and commitment. This background helped prepare Sarah for the challenges of being a young female working to succeed in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven industry. Her favorite quote, by Ralph Waldo Emerson, is a testament to hard work and its execution:
“What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say.”
Starting out with a career in the legal field Sarah quickly learned that she wasn’t satisfied to sit behind a desk editing documents, continually working in redundant situations. She soon realized that her calling involved rolling up her sleeves and diving into business, taking on both strategic and operational roles.
Sarah has worked in all aspects of the technology industry, specifically systems integrators, for the past 10 years – from project management, finance and purchasing, to operations and sales. These key experiences with each division of an organization such as TGA Solutions have allowed Sarah to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the necessary work flows, common problem points and profitable areas of focus.
Sarah’s goal for TGA Solutions is to build upon her current knowledgeable and dedicated employees in a continual strategic review of customer accounts, technologies, and manufacturers – to successfully execute a proactive change while addressing industry and customer needs, concerns, and technology trends. And where does she see TGA Solutions in 10 years? “In every successful professional corporate IT environment across the country!”
Outside of work, Sarah’s primary focus is her extended family. She especially enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and nephew, often taking them to the theater or playing ball. She is also active in her community, volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem for the past ten years. This involves taking the necessary measures to research, document, and interview affiliated parties in DSS court actions, preparing documents submitted for judicial review, and fighting for abused children’s rights in the courtroom.
